Selection from the innovations covered in the version 129
- A new script was added to all the Purchase/Sale item standard reports. This script serves for the mass export of documents from reports to an e-mail and its sending according to selected parameters.
- A new report called What customers demand and what they don’t buy was created. This report lists contracts and their items which do not have any inferior documents. Without change of the default settings, this report does not contain any complements. It can be restricted by the date of issue of the contract, the contract confirmation, or the article filter.
- In the Goods module, a new script—which enables the users to import the goods including the inferior modules of alternative units, price groups, bar codes, and notes—was created.
- In the Finance module, the Manager evaluation toolbar was created and placed on the tree menu. Thanks to this script, a complex evaluation of financial status, obligations and receivables, goods, and purchase and sell turnovers can be carried out. The data can be displayed as a summary as well as individual books. It is also possible to display them to certain date.
- The “Ledger” report in the preview subwindow was replaced by the new “Payment morale” report. In the preview subwindow, the contr./cust. credits settings and blockings settings are also displayed.
- New scripts for Homebanking were created. The standard version now contains one script for bank orders of all available and most often used banking systems (HB_ORDER.PAS) and one script for bank statements of all available and most often used banking systems (HB_STATEMENT.PAS).
- In the Marketing module, a new button was added on the first page of activities. This button contains a script which enables the users to number version of activities in progress, and to save and create their copies. Thanks to this script, mass e-mails over the Partners, Contact persons and Contr./Cust. filters can also be sent.
- In the Production module, the Sources, Collisions, Requirements/Capacities bookmarks were added to the Dispatcher function. In addition, it is also possible to hide individual bookmarks.
- In the Stock module, the standard Stocktaking – Processing script, performing the correction of the stock level according to the detected data, was reworked. This script can be found on the Stock – Stocktakings tree menu.
- The Workflow module was created. A new book called Procedures came into existence. In this book, users can define the procedure, administer the versions of individual procedures, approve the procedure, and print the procedure documentation, including the procedure graph. In addition, the following books were created: the Groups and Roles books of the workflow users; the book of workflow users with the administration of groups and roles, and the substitutes and absences management; the Type dictionary book intended for the definition of processes variables and their steps, including the links definition; and finally the Processes book which enables the processes of individual users to be displayed and processed.
