Selection from the innovations covered in the version 129
- A new script was added to all the Purchase/Sale item standard reports. This script serves for the mass export of documents from reports to an e-mail and its sending according to selected parameters.
- A new report called What customers demand and what they don’t buy was created. This report lists contracts and their items which do not have any inferior documents. Without change of the default settings, this report does not contain any complements. It can be restricted by the date of issue of the contract, the contract confirmation, or the article filter.
- In the Goods module, a new script—which enables the users to import the goods including the inferior modules of alternative units, price groups, bar codes, and notes—was created.

Novelties in The 128 Version
- The user can work on documents in one module twice within one log-in. For example, module of the invoices out can be opened twice and it is possible for the user to modify two different invoices.
- On first page of the customer, invoices, orders out and contracts, new form for payment conditions has been created.
- In the documents, a button has been added next to the field for entering margin for switching between the margin from above (margin) and margin from below (surcharge).

Novelties in The 127 Version
- In the 127 version, it is possible to assign items from several contracts to one Invoice Out and to create one common invoice.
- In the Sales documents, a new field “W” has been added in the items, which makes reference to the job card, if exists. It is possible to go swiftly into the book of Job Cards by means of the hot taste “Ctrl + W”.
- In all primary Purchase and Sale documents, it is possible to add a supplement to the header and footer of the document. For these purposes, standard reports of the primary documents have been adjusted enabling print of the supplement header and footer.

Novelties in The 126 Version
Starting from the 126 Version, the K2 IS has a tree structure of the menu. The reason for this change was easier orientation in the system. From the tree menu, it is possible to enter books and to activate some standard reports. From the tree selection menu, it is possible to drag buttons onto the desktop – most frequently used books, functions as well as reports.
